FAQ
How long does setup take, and is it complicated?
On Free: five minutes, no code. Create a campaign, paste your site's address, generate your links. On Premium, setup happens once (domain and tracking module, on your own or with us), then your links take one click, just like on Free.
How does Hurle work out the revenue per influencer?
On Free, it's an estimate: you enter your conversion rate and your average basket, and Hurle combines them with each link's visitors. On Premium, the Hurle Shopify app (or a Stripe module) links every order to its link: you see the real number of customers and their real baskets, even if the customer wandered around your site before buying. Your conversion rate per influencer, measured, not assumed.
Does Hurle work with my store (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom site)?
Click tracking works everywhere, immediately: your links can point to any site. For sales tracking, Hurle has its own Shopify app, certified compliant by Shopify: it installs in two clicks from your admin (we do it with you). Other platforms (Stripe, WooCommerce, PrestaShop) are added on request, and if your site is custom-built, we look at it together: in most cases, we can adapt.
What if I already use Google Analytics?
Keep it. Hurle doesn't replace a full analytics suite: it answers one question only, who brings you customers. And it does so with no setup, no code.
What do my visitors see when they click?

Can I use my own domain for my links (go.my-site.com)?
Yes, with Premium. Your links carry your own domain (go.your-site.com/emma) and setup is included: two lines to copy at your registrar (GoDaddy, OVH…), or we do it together on a call. Nothing on your existing site is touched, and it's reversible at any time. No access to your DNS, or want a dedicated address? We create a domain reserved for your links: shop-your-brand.com or store-your-brand.com.
What about print: flyers, business cards, stickers?
Every link has its QR code, downloadable in one click (PNG or SVG, print-ready). When scanned, it sends to your page and counts as a click in your dashboard: even offline, your flyers, cards and ads become measurable sources, compared with your posts.
